Hi, I’m Andreea, the founder of Noeva Careers.

I started Noeva Careers because I wanted to build something of my own while creating a business that feels personal, genuine and built around people.

I’m currently studying Construction, and the more I learn about the industry, the more fascinated I become by the world behind it: the people, the skills, the projects and the huge amount of work that goes into creating something from the ground up. It’s a world I genuinely want to be closer to and understand better.

I’m also a mum, and building a career while raising a family has made me value opportunities, time and people in a completely different way. I know how important it can be to find something that fits your life, your goals and your future.

That’s a big part of why I wanted Noeva Careers to be more than simply matching a CV to a vacancy. I want to build genuine relationships with candidates and businesses, understand what both sides actually need and create connections that make sense.

We’re starting with Construction and Logistics, with the ambition to grow Noeva Careers into a trusted recruitment partner across the UK.

I’m building this business step by step, with a lot to learn and a lot to look forward to.

For me, Noeva Careers is about people, opportunities and creating something I can truly be proud of.
